Our Process

Step 1

Road Test
Once we have purchased a car the first thing we do is road test it over a minimum of 20 miles in order to identify any potential issues, squeaks or rattles before being mechanically inspected.

Mechanical Inspection
All of our cars are thoroughly looked at through a 93 point pre-delivery inspection, highlighting any mechanical issues that need addressing. Any cars with less than 9 months MOT left are re-tested, with any advisory items attended to. We will also service the car if it is due or nearly due.

Visual Inspection
Before a full valet is carried out, an initial wash is conducted in order to identify any bodywork that needs repair such as small dents, paintwork or wheels requiring refurbishment.

Step 2

Valeting
We give the car a detailed clean inside and out. This typically consists of a thorough outside wash including decontamination and hydrophobic coating. Inside will receive a deep clean of all carpets and seats including steam clean where required. Hard surfaces are cleaned and treated.

Advertising
Once the car is looking it’s best it is photographed on site, with the aim to be as thorough and transparent as possible – an average of 50 high definition photos are taken, highlighting all of the cars features and showcasing its condition. We also record a HD video of the car looking at it’s features and benefits inside and out.

Reservation
We will reserve any car awaiting customer viewing for up to seven days, with a fee of just £250. This can then be used as a deposit on the vehicle, or is fully refundable upon viewing in person, providing this is within seven days from reservation.

Step 3

Viewing
The car is presented for viewing where you can take your time to inspect its condition, look through all paperwork and service history and discuss it with us. We proudly adopt a friendly, no pressure attitude and are happy to help!

Purchase
Our cars are almost always ready to be driven away same day and all come with warranty included, which can be extended up to 12 months in most cases. We can also offer a trailered delivery service to anywhere in mainland UK for just £1.50 per mile one way.
